Samples
You will receive a sample for your approval before the products is put into mass production.
Inspection
We have strict supply system for raw material, our quality department will implement the inspection standard for the inspection of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products.
QC group
Once the production process is over, the finished products will be further inspected by our QC group.
Consignment Shipping
The premises we have at our disposal in factory is large enough to allow us to collect. This means that the goods will be delivered directly from our warehouse or deliver into forwarder’s warehouse with free charge as your instruction.
After shipping, we will make procedures as following:
After the goods are packing, send the packing details to the customer.After the goods are on board,send ETD and ETA to the customer.
Before goods arrive in destination port, remind customers to prepare customs clearance materials and documents and clear customs on time.
Customer Complaint Process
We don't shy away from complaints; we confront them and try to solve them
Please help to check the specific quantity of not quality products, provide videos or photos, we will check at once and will reply in 1 week.
If it is production line’s problem we will come up with a solution.
If it is transportation’s responsibility(about 2-3 working days) we will provide prevention plan avoid this problem happen again, make up our clients in proper way.
